Founded and run by Melissa Mata since 2014, our team focuses on the tasks that standard recurring cleans often miss: detailed dusting, baseboards, inside and around appliances, cleaning bathroom grout and fixtures, thorough kitchen degreasing, window sills and tracks, and careful floor treatment (sweeping, mopping, and spot treatment). We tailor each deep clean to the property and the client’s priorities.
We serve neighborhoods across Chicago — including Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Wicker Park and Bucktown, River North and the West Loop, Gold Coast and Old Town, Hyde Park near the University of Chicago, and the South Loop near Millennium Park and Grant Park. Call (708) 548-1931 or email Melissa.mata43@icloud.com to describe the property and what you want addressed. We’ll confirm availability, discuss priority rooms (kitchen, bathrooms, baseboards, inside cabinets, etc.), and set an appointment.
Step 2 — Arrival and detailed cleaning
Our trained team arrives at the scheduled time, conducts a quick walk-through with you if available, and works systematically room by room. We bring professional cleaning supplies and equipment and follow your list of priorities, focusing on deep dusting, grout and tile cleaning, inside appliance care, window sills and tracks, vents, and floor care.
Step 3 — Final walkthrough and follow-up
After cleaning, we’ll do a final inspection with you when possible to ensure high-priority areas meet your expectations. Payment and scheduling for any follow-up or recurring service are handled then. We welcome feedback and will address any missed items promptly.
