Our move-in cleaning focuses on the surfaces and spaces that matter most when you first occupy a home: dust removal, disinfecting high-touch areas, deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and making sure floors, windowsills, and baseboards are ready for furniture and people. Melissa Mata oversees each job to ensure consistent quality across all teams.
We tailor each visit to the property’s needs — whether it’s a studio in Wicker Park, a two-bedroom in Logan Square, or a Chicago townhouse near Lincoln Park Zoo. We bring all necessary cleaning supplies unless you request otherwise, and we follow a built checklist so nothing is missed: counters, cabinets (exterior and optional interior by request), appliances wiped, sinks and tubs scrubbed, fixtures polished, and floors vacuumed and mopped. If you’re moving in near Millennium Park, Navy Pier, River North, or into a home in Oak Park, tell us any building-specific requirements when you call.

Step 2 — On-site assessment and cleaning
Our team arrives with supplies and follows the move-in cleaning checklist: dusting, wiping surfaces, deep kitchen and bathroom cleaning, window sills, baseboards, and floor care. Melissa inspects work at the end to ensure it meets our five-star standard.
Step 3 — Final walk-through and follow-up
We do a quick walk-through with you when possible to confirm priority areas are completed. If you have additional touch-ups or need an interior appliance cleaning, we’ll provide options and a quote. We follow up after service to confirm your satisfaction.
Move-in cleaning
One-time move-in clean: $120 (flat rate for standard-sized homes and apartments). For larger properties, additional services (interior appliance cleaning, heavy stain removal, or multi-unit jobs) may require a customized quote — call (708) 548-1931 to discuss details.
